You will become a member of the taskforce, to do this you must:
Who can help the town save water?
Why do we need to save water?
What are some alternative water solutions?
What would happen to the town if an alternative water solution was not found?
Now think about this: How are all the sources of water related and what can we do to conserve water? Throughout history, communities have survived or failed because of water. The water supply in a community is the vital lifeblood that keeps the community going. While the water supply is healthy, community members take it for granted. If the supply is severely interrupted, then the community becomes concerned and has to work together to ensure its sustainability.
You will become a member of the taskforce, to do this you must:
- Take on the role of one of the characters
- Based on your own research, convince the taskforce that your idea is the better option for your community
- Once a decision is reached it is to be presented to the Council along with a logo design to promote water conservation
Your oral presentation must be address the reasons for your logo design.
