Issue

Although you get along well with the residents of your town, when it comes to issues relating to the community everyone has quite strong opinions on what they think and how they think it should be done.  Wereditgo's water supply, or lack there of is no different.

An urgent meeting is held at your school's hall with various town members in attendance.  Everyone is incredibly concerned about the problem at hand (not to mention very thirsty).  Different opinions on how to rectify the problem soon come to light, the most notable being:

Ben Dover has a rainwater tank in his backyard and believes that everyone should have one.

Jenny James thinks that the Council should build a water recycling plant.

Graham Smith says that the Council should build a dam on the river to hold more water.

Tom Tango believes that all household's and workplace's should be given a limit of 100 Litres of water per person, per day.

Lucy Lawrence thinks the Council should double the cost of water if you exceed a certain amount per month.

What is the best option for your community?  How will the people decide?  A taskforce is set up to evaluate the most suitable option to ensure a sustainable water supply.   Their decision will be based on affordability, suitability and have the least impact on the environment.
